Oh that's very interesting actually, Jenny, thank you!

I do remember that feedback from participants in the US Test 18 months ago
was that the extra authority work and transcription caused by loss of Rule
of 3 (which many people had worried about) was not perceived as a problem.
Rather, most of them were very happy to be providing the extra information.
