We noticed this same problem using the same Fitting Function. Interestingly, I tested the exact same data in v1 using the same fitting function and it worked fine. I have been meaning to write a detailed post with the error and a description but you beat me too it! :)
Our data was a 2D 15N, 1H HSQC titration.
