Hi Dave,
I am having this problem with WinBUGS, for a 64-bit Windows 7 OS. See
below for answers to your questions. I would appreciate it if you
could let me know how I could work around this problem, currently I
cannot use WinBUGS in my machine.

Program Files (x86). I also have a "Program Files" folder in my
system, but I was told that it is preferred to use Program Files (x86)
