this looks really interesting, I wonder how much the thinking will make a difference between developing countries at different stages of development and the methods and approaches appropriate?
For those thinking about development in the sustainable matter there is a whole new stack building up in London, with the matter of airports, location, urban and regional development which takes us back over the whole of the last fifty years.
