Hi Paul,
Interesting question - how do you want them to select between the click types? By clicking on a (dwell clicker like) screen, or through the length of the switch press?
Stock answer - you could make the second one (i.e. changing according to length of press) using autohotkey _relatively_ easily...
I made a long R click script for a client, here (no feedback though):

If you can't find anything, you could try getting it developed through Realise: http://www.realisepotential.org/
Let us know if you find something.
Cheers

P.S. Lisa - yes, still here, I think no one knew the answer to the Mac question though! (-;

Subject: multiple button control with one click
Hi folks
Does anyone know of a software tool which will let me use one mouse button to generate left and right click and left drag, but not with dwell select?
The user is really good with one switch for clicking the left button, so we don't want dwell clicking, but we need to generate right clicks and drag as well.
The built in Microsoft Clicklock is not good because it doesn't give any visual or audible feedback.
I've looked at Dwell Clicker 2, Togglemouse, Point n Click dwell click so far but none of them do what I want.
Paul
