Hi Sandra
I had these very symptoms myself over the summer, took myself off to the optician and was told I was visually fatigued and I needed specs for reading. I was working long hours at the computer on complex spread sheets etc. So if she hasn't already a visit to the optician may be a good start. As well as doing the usual DSE assessments it may be worth checking if she is working in an air conditioned environment - I have known some sensitivity with employees working in dry air environments.
Regards
Karen
