This training session will help students acquire skills to locate archival material on subjects including: the Holocaust, twentieth-century German history and European Jewish culture. It will also provide students with skills to access these materials and make use of their content.
Half hour break Students advised to bring a packed lunch or take advantage of nearby facilities if they prefer not to eat lunch before the day begins
2.30pm-3.30pm - Seminar led by Anthony Grenville (Centre for Exile Studies, IGRS). The seminar will focus on the experience of Jewish refugees in exile in Britain.
