Dear FSL-experts,
As I understand it, probabilities in tractography will decrease with distance as the probability spreads out with each bit of uncertainty you encounter as you track from voxel to voxel.
I am aware of the distance-correction function that can be switched on in seed-to-targed tracking.
However, is there a way to measure tract distances between two ROI directly? I.e. a form of "tract lenght" between two ROI.
This might be the value used by the tracking algorithm to perform distance-correction (which is done voxel-wise, I guess).
Best regards,
Bastian
