Hi Saad,
Thanks for your clear answer. I get to think that it's even better than I hoped.
3. You mentioned that "All the preprocessing should give the same results, except bedpostx". Do you mean all the preprocessing steps from build 417 and from the current version 5 give the same results? If so, I could take the output of the 4.1.7 Eddy currents correction, BET and DTIfit and subsequently run bedpostx from version 5 and I will be able to use the most recent version of probtrackx (in other words: treat the results from 4.1.7 Eddy currents correction, BET and DTIfit as if they are results from FSL 5 and just start using FSL 5 from now). In this way I could later perform Eddy currents correction, BET and DTIfit on a new dataset in FSL 5 and still compare the results with the results I will acquire now. Are these assumptions correct?
4. And do you know if FLIRT, FNIRT and invwarp results differ between 4.1.7 and the current 5? If not, I will still be able to use the non-linear transforms I calculated before.
Thanks again, cheers,
Jelmer
