It's still problematic isn't it, because other authors of chapter (I didn't
think to look at the TOC I must admit) didn't get a 700 so he's getting it
because of the t.p. wording saying he made contributions... I am unsure
what is the right thing to do but think he probably is a creator (though
not a principal creator) and so probably does need $e author. It somehow
seems unsatisfactory though. And the National Archives one even more so.
