Something which is rarely paid attention to is the story that the Saxons
only defeated the British with the help of the Africans. Yet this is what
Geoffrey of Monmouth relates in his History of the Kings of Britain Book
IX Chapter 8. which was written in the twelfth century!
The British were of course Celts.
