The gLite 3.2 support calendar is at:
http://glite.cern.ch/R3.2/
Sites should migrate from gLite 3.2 software which is out of security support on 1st August 2012 by 30th September. Site suspension will start on 1st November (exceptions may be made.)
Sites MUST migrate from gLite 3.1 by the end of September or face suspension on 1st October. There is unlikely to be any leniency.
Site security contacts should have received an advisory on this on 1st August.
It is likely that in future sites will need to migrate away from software within 1 month of coming out of security support, but this isn't official.
If a serious vulnerability is found is software which is out of security support it is unlikely that it will be possible to produce a patch and sites may have to close down services/ migrate away immediately.
