Gosh, do you mean the poem generally styled "Tom o' Bedlam," which some
people have written about under the title of "Loving Mad Tom," including
Robert Graves?
If so there are many versions of it. There is one complete version quoted
on Wikipedia:

That should be easy enough to copy, paste into an empty doc and print out.
Several sources for other versions via Project Gutenberg etc.
