Uche, I am familiar with these words as sung by Martin Carthy when he was in Steeleye Span in the 1970 (or so) album Pleased to see the King on Mooncrest Records. Dig it out if you can. Cut mince pies from children's thighs/with which to feed the fairies is the line that has stayed with me over the years.
