Dear Charlotte,
I don't know if it may be helpful for you but I attached a list of apps I gathered for my doctoral thesis (1 year ago). Each app is "described" by 3 images. Moreover, you can find the source in case you decide to download an app. Most of them are for free.
I hope it may help.
Best,
marco mason

Hi Charlotte,
For a cheap (free) experiment, to try out some ideas, I recommend setting up a website using www.weebly.com. Outside of work I recently set up a website for a charity I am involved in using their system, which was very intuitive. Having set up the site, I thought to check what it might look like on a smartphone (I'm on Android - I haven't tried it on iPhone), and discovered to my delight that it reconfigures the site brilliantly. (have a look at www.poemsinthewaitingroom.org via a browser or android smart phone).
I'm sure other free website managemment systems can do this Weebly is just the one I've tried.
