Yes, you're right - option 2 is more correct, unless "international" in this
instance refers to wholly (or mainly) common law jurisdictions, which I
doubt. I suspect it is too late to add anything to the 5th edition
schedules now, but I'll check with the publisher - it may be possible to
include it on an addendum page (see p.x in the 4th edition).
Thanks for your input.

Diana

Subject: Re: number for INTERNATIONAL corporate social responsibility?
Diana helpfully suggested:
>(1) go with the CSR angle as the most important one and use the new
>number [KN264.72] ...
Ignoring the larger class distinction, and classing by topic, is a mistake
many new users of Moys make. It contravenes a basic principle of Moys to
class non common law material in common law.
>(2) use the number for multinationals under international law
>(KC234/341.424) ...
This seems to me more in accord with the basic structural principle of Moys.
A third possibility would be to divide KC234 like KN264,7x, e.g., KC234,2.
Perhaps that could be written in now, and considered for a new addition. I
guess it is too late to insert that now?
