Hi,
It should work, if you download the Linux CentOS6 package and install it
manually, ie add following files to your ~/.bash_profile file:
FSLDIR=/usr/local/fsl # this should be the directory into which the
files were extracted
. ${FSLDIR}/etc/fslconf/fsl.sh
PATH=${FSLDIR}/bin:${PATH}
export FSLDIR PATH
You also like run into compatibility issues (not sure, if they still
occur for the new FSL version). If this is the case, try to run:
yum install compat-expat1
