Sorry to not answer and digress, but I've also just spotted that using
Direct, you have no access to Libraries! So no setting up Rubrics or
Managing QuickMark sets of comments. We're having to turn back on the
old Building Block.

Subject: Turnitin Direct integration - no paper ID's?
Dear all,
We also have Tii, Direct integration (not broken). We have a School
here, whose work flow relies upon the Paper ID number being attached to
a physical paper before "hand in". This assessment/tracking work flow
therefore relies heavily upon the ability to sort and search through the
paper ID’s within the submissions inbox * all integrated within BB.
We moved to Direct Integration to remove recent issues synonymous with
the Basic Integration. Whilst we tested and proved everything worked
fine at a basic operational level, the omission of the paper ID column
and the inability to sort student name column were lower on our priority
list.
How are others coping with this change? We've suggested using the
linked password to access assignments/classes via submit.ac.uk, but that
is seen as unworkable - which I agree, but it appears to be the only
option?
I recently posted this on the plagiarism list - with only one reply!
Any advice would be useful.
Regards.
