Came across a rep for these things at EMCEF meeting yesterday. Anybody used them? Seems like a reasonable alternative to a flamazine bag for burns to the hand with the advantage that you don't get the pool or fluid in the bottom of the bag and I'd hope that the breathable bag would mean you won't get the wrinkling of the skin and the burn will be easier to assess at first review, but wondered if anyone else had any thoughts or experience?
