Dear FSL developers,
I am looking forward to process some repeated measures resting state fMRI data with FSL.
Unfortunately, all the resting state data from baseline has 192 volumes, while the data after the intervention has 313 volumes (longer time of scanning).
I now would like to compare the resting state from both time points.
Would it be a problem to do this? Or would it be better to only consider the first 192 volumes and discard the rest from the follow-up?
Look forward to your advise!
Best wishes
Heidi Jacobs
