We put in a patch request, but were brushed off with the explanation that
it's scheduled for a future Service Pack, and there's a usable workaround
(i.e. just ignore the Alignments stuff that pops up all over the place
unnecessarily). I don't think Blackboard Inc realises how much user
perception of their product is coloured by issues such as these...
