Mark,
By default our students only have access to course material until the end of their registration period (plus a grace period). However we keep the modules online for 3 years and a person can be manually re-enabled. However if any anytime they do something that causes the central system to re evaluate their status they will return to unavailable. Not always ideal but it does failsafe.

Subject: [BLACKBOARD-USERGROUP] Access to VLE after graduating
Apologies for cross-post duplication.
Quick poll if I may, please?
Are your students allowed access to their vle-based modules/units/courses after they have graduated?
If yes, for how long?
Many thanks - I'll post results back when I've collated them.
