Ro'n i'n meddwl mod i wedi anfon neges i holi am "overage" prynhawn 'ma ond wela i ddim golwg ohoni!
Dyma ni eto:
An overage clause means that the present land owner will still profit from any development gain through future planning permission being granted on the land - even though the present land owners no longer own the land.
Mae TermCymru'n rhoi "gorswm" am "overage" ond mae hynny'n swnio'n debycach i ystyr arall "overage" i mi sef:
"1. An amount, as of money or goods, that is actually on hand and exceeds the listed amount in records or books.
2. A surplus; an excess."
Byddwn yn ddiolchgar am unrhyw gymorth.
