OSG use Condor widely (exclusively?) and they had a serious test of CREAM so they must have got it working. At the time of the July GDB they were still discussing their long-term CE plans.

As far as I am aware, Cambridge is essentially the only site in the
entire EGI and WLCG which tried offering Condor as a batch system.
Santanu had, as John notes, a heroic effort to make this work, but it
was never supported "officially"
With the current difficulties getting most non-PBS/torque batch
systems working with CREAM (SGE support was originally patchy, and I
believe it's not up to the standard of PBS support at the moment), I
would be very surprised if anyone had gotten the CREAM CE to work with
something as non-standard as Condor.
I would be very happy to be proven wrong.
