Dear Pegah,
The function you mentioned is only suitable for fMRI DCM. You can look
at spm_dcm_estimate_group.m in toolbox/meegtools or at
DCM_ERP_subject1.m in man/example_scripts for two different ways to
batch DCM for M/EEG.
