Research Assistant/Postdoctoral Research Assistant
Nuffield Department of Clinical Neurosciences, John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford
Grade 7: £29,249 - £35,938 p.a.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated postdoctoral research assistant to implement a programme of neuroscience research with Dr K Pattinson. The project involves developing and implementing brainstem FMRI at 7 Tesla. Dr Pattinson’s research group investigates control of respiration using functional magnetic resonance imaging. The ideal candidate should have an undergraduate degree, MSc or a DPhil/PhD in a relevant discipline and an appropriate number of first author publications in peer reviewed journals (dependent on experience). Employment could begin as soon as possible for a period of 1 year.
