Dear SPM experts,
I have obtained a nice Nifti image of the source reconstruction of a
grand-averaged ERP. Since I do not have single-subject structural
scans, I have co-registered my EEG data with the default anatomical
structure in SPM.
Now I would like to project this image onto a nice standard 3D brain
image, for example as those shown in Furl et al., Cerebral Cortex 2010
or Spitzer et al., Journal of Neuroscience 2010 (two publications
using SPM EEG).
Is there a way to do this easily with SPM? Unfortunately, the 'render'
in the source reconstruction window provides relatively poor images
for this purpose...
Any help is greatly appreciated,
Thanks,
Marco
