Dear List,
I'm using the robust regression toolbox by Diedrichsen et al. to correct a series of scans from patients with Parkinson's Disease. I'm using the latest revision of SPM8. I use a batch that contains fMRI model specification, wls model estimation and plot of the residual time series as separate modules.
I got the following error message:
SPM8: spm_rwls_spm (v$Rev: 3.0 $) 11:14:06 - 13/08/2012

No executable modules, but still unresolved dependencies or incomplete module inputs.
The following modules did not run:
Failed: rWLS Model estimation
Skipped: Plot residual time series
Any hints what might have gone wrong? Thanks in advance!
