Hi,
I am interested in comparing the parameter estimates for two intrinsic connections in my winning model. I am conducting a FFX analysis and have done BPA. I would like to test whether the strength of the intrinsic connection from region A to region B is significantly greater than the strength of the intrinsic connection from region B to region A.
I have some questions about the ‘contrast of connections’ program in SPM. My understanding is that this would allow me to test whether the strength of the connection from region A to region B is greater than the strength of the connection from region B to region A. I was hoping to get some information about how to interpret the output of this contrast. For example, what do ‘probability density’ and ‘posterior density’ represent? What is the convention for establishing a significant difference? And which of these measures should be reported in a paper? I am attaching a screen shot of my output.
Thank you!
Sarah
