David, I don't know the full thing where you are, but don't pull back
too much. I live on a pension and I will fight to the death for the
right to state welfare, even if this means I cannot afford to drink
alcoholic liquids or smoke various types of substances. (I may well pay
for dia-morhine, however, since provision of pain relief to in severe
chronic disabling pain is denied, even if a breach of international law
and human rights.)
