Ubuntu linux desktop seems not to have this limit. The server edition
should have at least a default limit, I would expect? You can freeze
your way out of Ubuntu with the shell script on a standalone netbook.
I don't know why (except to say a netbook running unbuntu linux is
limited enough... although more useful then the other alternative for
complex original productions. Is it to do perhaps with file structure
and handling? Or perhaps that I know unix-mac and that is all I need to
know? This is something that makes me curious, I should explain. )
