Hi All,
Leeds Met are just getting ready to go live with AAM/P-Fact but I just have few questions about P-Fact which I hope someone will be able to help with:
- In AAM there is a field under the Costings section called ‘Award Value’. I can’t see in AAM or P-Fact where these figures get entered?
- For our Enterprise projects certain members of staff have a set daily rate that we can charge for them. Is there any way to enter a price per person in P-Fact? The only way I can see to get around this is to use a bespoke template, and calculate a percentage of their price to their cost. Then keep a manual record of their percentage for the next project.
- In P-Fact I have set-up the cost of Replacement Teaching and Student Fees under ‘Fees,etc’, however, I can’t see how to actually add these items to a costing?
- We also need to set up terms and conditions, is anybody willing to share theirs please?
