Bournemouth are about to go live with pFACT and I have a few daft questions (I've only been using it in anger for a week) that I hope you can help with.

I'm attempting to set up income templates.  I have set up a Charities income template for those who do not allow DA costs, overheads or inflation.  I can't see a way of excluding DA costs from the Income total on a project.  Am I missing something?

Does anyone know whether the Royal Society pays inflation on grants?  I've checked their web site and there is no information on inflation.

Finally, I can't find any information on the user guide of where 'exceptional items' should be included on the system.  The only reference I can find is a tick box to set the limit on the 'org details'.  Should it exist as a category where it can be populated or does it magically appear when the system decides that an item is exceptional?
