Hello everyone
We have spent the last three months working on a REACT HEIF funded project with the University of Exeter.
The aim was to connect collections in the museum with the locations they came from and encourage participation through creating stories and playing a game. The game may allow us to identify where some of our objects came from through a form of crowd sourcing.
We didn’t go down the app route as we wanted to make a browser based site that could cache content and would be as accessible to as many people as possible. This links to our local authority status and making services accessible.
Have a look and try the game: http://www.moorstories.org.uk/
The Church Detective animated video has proved popular in the museum offices! http://www.churchdetective.org.uk/
