CILIP West Midlands branch are hosting a visit to the University of
Worcester Research Collections on 12th September 2012 (10am-4pm).
*A chance to:*
- See and hear about the collections based at The St Johns Campus,
including 19th century children's literature & the Kays Archive
- Hear about the 'Skills for the Future' project and the work with the
research collections.
- Visit the Hurd Library at Hartlebury Castle.
*Cost £6 *(payable on the day to cover the cost of the Hurd Library tour)
Places are limited to 12 (due to minibus capacity) so please book soon to

10:00 Arrive at University of Worcester

10:20 The St Johns based Collections: presentation and
opportunity to view the collections
12:30 Lunch*
13:30 Travel to Hartlebury
14:00 Tour of castle state rooms and the Hurd Library-with
time to view the collection
15:30 Time to visit café
16:00 Return to St. Johns Campus
** please note lunch is not provided. There are a number of catering
outlets on the St. Johns Campus and areas to eat your own food if you
prefer.*
