I've got a note on my service desk software for 3 publisher upgrade and maintenance sessions in August within a span of 7 days. While I am sure that EBSCO, ProQuest and Elsevier will all have faultless sessions and nothing will go wrong.... given past experience......
I understand you guys primarily serve the academic sector and August is a quiet period for you, I do worry about the prospect of a fair size of our paid for resources not being available all at the same time for those of us using them outside the academic arena....
Ever thought of staggering your upgrades????
Regards
Andy
