I'm afraid that this isn't easy to do with the current FIRST do to the fact that it is underpinned by a multivariate statistical test rather than the standard GLM (and hence we have not been feeding in general contrasts). However, the good news is that this will change in the new release of FSL which will be available in a few weeks' time.
