dearest FoSsiLs...
I would like to perform a time-concatenated ICA with different datasets (RS-fmri) acquired with different number of time points and different TRs. My first thought was to cut all the sets to a common number of time points, but then I thought that the difference in TR could also matter. Now my insight is to cut all the datasets to a common duration (#time_points * TR), but I would really appreciate having your advice on that.
(Maybe it doesn't matter at all and I can make my life easy...)
Thank you very much in advance!
All the best!
