Unless you have done fancy things bypassing the defualt options then your results are in MNI152 space, just not at 2mm isotropic but at 4mm isotropic resolution. You can resample the output to canonical 2mm isotrpic resolution using flirt (not that this will not estimate regisration parameters, the data stays in the same space, flirt only resamples). See the list or the webpage for instructions on how to do this.
