Hello,
I am trying to track probabilistic streamlines from caudate nucleus. When i see the results it shows connectivity streamlines which pass through the ventricles which are filled with CSF(cerebro spinal fluid). The connectivity steamlines seem to easily pass though the CSF because it has high diffusivity profiles in CSF regions. The connectivity streamlines in this case does not make sense while trying to interpret the neuronal connectivity of the brain.
Hence i have used a termination mask in regions with CSF to get a better approximation of neuronal connectivity. Is this a proper work around for this situation? Or is there a better approach for it?
