At a guess, it looks like fsl might have been installed in a temporary directory (i.e. /tmp) and then perhaps subsequently deleted. Please follow the instructions at http://www.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsl/fsl/downloading.html _carefully_ and avoid installing into /tmp.
