I started this survey but did not get far as it was asking me for value judgements I neither have the competence for nor believe that most people who have not carried out a specific survey themselves or extensive literature review can comment on either.
What kind of a question is this "To what extent do most physically disabled people consider themselves to be:" who can answer that authoritatively and without personal bias? And what can be any meaning drawn from that?
I am sorry to disparage someone else's PhD research considering that I feel very insecure in that genre myself, but my desire for accuracy cannot allow me to let this pass without comment. I just could not go beyond that question.
