Thanks for the clarification.
I'm still confused with the Integration calculation,
Lets say you have some depths from one line to 4 other lines as follows [2,4,2,1]
Local depth limit (radius) = 3
then
Max global depth (radius) = 4
Global size = 5
Normalised mean depth = (2(D-1)) / (k-2)
* for local, D = 5/4 and k = 5
* for global, D = 9/4 and k = 5
Integration normalised mean depth = [k{log2((k+2)/3)-1}+1] / [(k-1)(D-1)]
* for local, D = 5/4 and k = 5
* for global, D = 9/4 and k = 5
What if I have another set [2,4,1,1],
then the integration_normalised_mean_local_depth (for radius=3), we would get D = 4/4 = 1, and this would result in a divide by zero error. What happened to this line??
Thanks
