Hi Wayne,
thanks for your note.
In principle I would like to do simple modifications of a peak list (Peak : Peaklist) of a 2D spectrum that has various intraresidue and [i+1,i+2... to i+X] interresidue peaks. In my case the number of peaks ~ 2000.
In some situations, I am interested in only a subset of these 2000 peaks. Especially I would like to display only intraresidue crosspeaks (all crosspeaks that belong to the same residue, Ca-Cb/Cb-Cg/CO-Ca) or these peaks and i+1 or i+2 connections.
One solution could be to double the peak list in the peaklist menu and delete the peaks one doesn't want to be displayed on the spectrum in the new peak list.
That is time consuming. So I was wondering if there is a way to switch i, i+1, i+2... i+X peaks of a very long peaklist on and off?
This feature is a bit similar to the "Assignment Graph", where you can switch on and of intra and inter residue connections "graphically".
Does this make sense to you?
Thank you
Carolin

Hello,
Do you mean in the Peak Table tab in the Peak --> Peak Lists dialog?
(There are a few other dialogs which could be intended.)
