Dear everyone,
I would like to extract 1H slide from 1H -13C 2D spectrum and then calculate
volume of peaks in the 1H -1D spectrum.
Following the introduction in the below link,
https://sites.google.com/site/ccpnwiki/Home/documentation/ccpnmr-analysis/FAQs/functionality#TOC-Is-it-possible-to-extract-1D-slices-from-a-2D-spectrum-and-to-display-them-
I was able to extract 1D slide from the 2D spectrum (the 1D spectrum is attached
below). But the problem is that there are 2 lines which are automatically
created after setting of a new window for 1D slide (axis: x=1H , y=value,
z1=13C). And I don’t know how to remove one of the lines.
Then, I want not only to look at the 1D slice but also to know volumes of peaks
in the 1D spectrum. In the Peak Table window, I found values of peak volumes but
only for peaks in the 2D spectrum.
I am using CcpNmr Analysis 2.2.2. Could someone tell me how to get 1 line in
the 1D spectrum and how to extract the peak volumes of peaks in the 1D spectrum?
Thank you very much in advance!
Best regards,
Hoa
