Sue,
I'm unsure about the Muslim etiquette angle, and as far as I'm aware as
long as there are good washing facilities there isn't a problem; but I
question whether these are suitable for universal use? In personal
experience I don't think they are efficient enough to ensure a/
cleanliness and b/dryness. Casting around the office here for opnions
there is some talk about 'the rights to toilet paper', but my reluctance
is based on their need to be universally useful.
Regards
Rob

Subject: [ACCESSIBUILT] Paperless toilets
We are refurbishing our toilets in parts of the Civic Centre and
considering the use of a paperless toilet that has a washing spray
inside the pan and a warm air drier, also within the toilet plan. These
mean there is no need for toilet paper.
Does any have any feedback about the acceptability of this type of
toilet for Muslim toilet etiquette?
Thanks
