Hi,
We want to use Volterra kernels for parameter estimation . I have some
questions:
1.We are doing it through a script by setting SPM.xBF.Volterra = 2 (1 by
default) and no other modification. Is it enough to put SPM.xBF.Volterra
= 2; to make it active?
2. If the answer is YES. Without Volterra kernels, we had 5 effects of
interest and 2 noise regressors (Figure1) for each run. With Volterra
kernels we have 35 regressors (Figure 2) for each run. We are somewhat
lost here. What are the effects of interest in the the new regressors?
