Hi Ian,
I know, some sites don't have two machines - Bham has the same single
machine setup. So it is either only bandwidth or bandwidth and latency
with some approximation. It is still a reasonable setup considering the
fact that with the current settings the bandwidth tests last only 30
seconds and are scheduled every 4h and the latency tests average over
the last 30 minutes according to the testinfo page.
