Dear all,
I am trying to set up a gPPI analysis for a design with 4 conditions - and I'd like to look at the voxels co-activated with the seed region in two independent contrasts (1 and 2).
Here are parts of my my template structure P:
P.Tasks = {'1' 'bin1' 'bin2' 'bin3' 'bin4'}
P.CompContrasts=1
P.Contrasts(1).left = {'bin2'}
P.Contrasts(1).right = {'bin1'}
P.Contrasts(2).left = {'bin3'}
P.Contrasts(2).right = {'bin4'}
If I run the function for just one participant and one seed region, several files are created, the structure gets filled, and the F-test is added to my contrasts in the original SPM.mat (but no further new contrasts).
However, in the end, I get the following error message: Program will exit. mat-file is not formatted correctly.
Does anyone know what this might mean? Also, I am not sure about how the final result of the gPPI would be accessed, i.e. will the function create voxel-wise contrasts to identify target regions like in the traditional sPPI?
I'd appreciate any advise on this! (in case I missed out on an earlier thread on this specific error message, my apologies)
Ruth
