Dear SPM users,
I have a problem with my longitudinal data of olders adults. I have two scans: I create difference maps for each of my subjects (T1-T2). Then I study the effect of aging. I observe increased volumes with age in my population. When I check my data, I observe some areas where there is a misclassification of white matter in grey matter. Have somebody already observed this phenomenon? How can I fix it?
I have also the same problem in white matter (increased white matter) but I don't know from which compartiment of the brain the misclassification comes!
Can somebody help me please?
Thanks
Charlotte
